Evaluation (part 1) brief

Our brief/task was making a title sequence for a film of our chosen genre.  Sam, Liam, Teela and myself was in a group. We had to do story boards and plan out how we wanted the sequence to look: we then had to start filming the sequence, and after getting all the shots we had to edit the footage and make it look like a real title sequence. We all started discussing ideas and what we thought our sequence should contain.

After many negative ideas  finally came up with the idea to base our film on a psychopathic killer and a detective. Our genre is thriller/horror/suspense. Our title sequence was influenced by Se7en a lot. We used similar shots and effects to add eeriness to the sequence because we felt that it would be the best because it was successful with se7en. Our sequence is based around reminicing into a note book and the whole sequence evolves from around it.

Our sub-genre is suspense thriller. The sub-genre reflects on the character a lot throughout the sequence and is presented well in it.
