We chose Danny Boyle to direct our film as he fitted our needs well. We researched into him and what films he works on and found that they were gritty. Danny Boyle is an on-trend director right now and i think, in his work you can see why. His work reflects his talent to present quite social realism based films. He's directed other films such as Slumdog Millionaire, Trainspotting, 28 Days Later and many more.
Danny Boyles won around 70 awards for this films and was nominated for around 50. this shows he ha potential. this is just a few of the films he was nominated/won awards for.
